Default Build to take advantage of +1 Strength Shield?

Hey guys, I recently came across a rather odd Shadow Shield.

+1 Strength (19%)
-2 stance

And I was wondering it there is any decent builds out there that would take advantage of this mod(+1 strength)...

or do u think it is just a wasted space for +hp

I personally do alot of solo type PvE but if any build could benefit lmk
(bc if it has no use...merchant food)

I would imagine ANY melee build to get along with +strength, since it increases the inherent damage. Can't think of anything explicit (running?)

Correct, you'd be much better off (while running as a previous poster said) with a shield with stance bonuses rather than giving endure pain like 11 extra hp (when you could have +45 in a stance).

Not until factions will that help out too much. Once factions is out you can get the Sentinals armor and have 100 health if your Strength is at 13. But other then that there is none.

+1 Attribute(%chance) bonuses don't count towards required attributes for items or bonuses.

+1 strength is as worse as 10/10 AP, a little bit better

lets run the numbers....

+1 strength at the max of a 20% chance equates to one percent more armor penetration 1/5th of the time, or 2/10ths for the purpose of this demonstration

10/10 equates to 10% more armor penetration 1/10th of the time

+1% AP @ 2/10ths
or +10% AP @ 1/10th

this mod is worse than a perfect sundering mod...and sundering flatly sux

That could be good for an ettin farming build (or any build that uses tactics/strength only and doesnt need the hp)

20% +1 is a little better since for every 10 hit, u may deal 6 more damage with strength related skill"S" but u only deal 3 or something more damage with 10/10 sundering. After all both of them SUCK
